Two new lifts, additional pistes and a service road from the valley have been set up in the past year, with a total of 16.4 million Euro invested. This means that the Feuerkogel has gone from being a nice insider tip to a small, yet perfectly formed ski area for connoisseurs. Come and see for yourself!
Top Tip!
Skiing pleasure on the hour!
For those who ski for pleasure and want to pace themselves so they can have a go at testing out the ample sunny terraces at the mountain lodges on the Feuerkogel, can use the hourly ticket to stay in the ski area right up to the very last minute – the journey back down the mountain is valid right until evening time!

Christophorushütte
Landlady Elisabeth is well-known for lodge culinary delicacies and for here excellent traditional fare. 3 snugs and 2 superb viewing terraces are available for guests. This cosily appointed hotel very close to the mountain station provides room for a total of 50 guests. The dorm is ideal for (youth) groups and has 28 beds. Family-friendly prices – reductions for children.

Feuerkogelhaus
The Feuerkogelhaus which is owned by the Reisenbichler family and is a cosy mountain guesthouse which the locals like to frequent too. The traditional guest room with its Alpine lodge atmosphere has been the setting for so many fun celebrations. The Reisenbichler family serve up substantial, down-to-earth cooking, which it defines as "a mainstay for athletes and for happiness".
These well-kept rooms provide washing facilities and have superb views too of course. Toilets and showers are located in the corridors.
